Item number 32 is to consider and take appropriate action to approve resolution regarding approval for the issuance of obligations for the financing of educational facilities within Travis County, Texas for southwest Austin catholic school, dbi saint gab real's catholic school, under section 147-f of the internal revenue code. The background information we got from cliff blunt, attorney for the corporations, was that ms. Judith knox did indeed conduct a public hearing on June 26th, 2003, at 6:00 p.m. At 2500 wimberley lane in Austin, Texas. And is that the location of the school?
>> yes, sir.
>> okay. And is ms. Knox here?
>> she is.
>> and you did in fact conduct that public hearing?
>> [inaudible - no mic].
>> a question got back to me about the ability of someone other than the county judge or one of the county Commissioners to be the hearing officer. And there is a provision in the internal revenue code tax regulations that I basically said that this procedure is okay, and it's very common around the state. I can read it to you if you'd like or if you just want my report that it's okay, whichever you prefer.
>> we have to receive your assurance that it's okay. Any questions about that? Then based upon that assurance from legal counsel and the certification from mrs. Knox that she conducted the hearing on June 26th, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. At the stated location, I move approval of this item.

>> and move that the county judge be authorized on behalf of the Commissioners court to sign the resolution that has been prepared and presented to us.
>> yes, sir. And i'll have a few originals and i'll get them to your office.
>> okay. That was seconded by Commissioner Gomez. Any more discussion? Would y'all like to try to talk us out of approving this? [ laughter ] in that case, all in favor? That passes unanimously. Thank you very much.
