Number five is a public hearing to discuss a request for approval of the partial vacation of doe run and lot 20, panoramic hills and a plat for recording in precinct 3, replat of lot 20, panoramic hills replat one lot, 34.851 acres, doe run at mountain top circle, no fiscal required, sewage service to be provided by on-site sewage facility, city of lago vista e.t.j.

>> favor? That passes unanimous -- all in favor? That passes unanimously.
>> the owners of lot 20 wish to vacant the portion of doe run that runs behind their property. And that easement -- they're going to give another easement that allows the fish and wildlife to go to the preserve in the back. And no one else will be using this. That's the purpose of it, so they are vacanting the portion that's on their property.

>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
