Number one is a public hearing to discuss a request for approval of a plat for recording in precinct 3: amended plat of lots five and six, block a, valle verde beach subdivision, revised plat, one lot, .858 acres, beach road, no fiscal required. Sewage service to be provided by on-site sewage facility, lcra jurisdiction, city of Jonestown e.t.j.
