If you would like for us to discuss any of these items separately, please let us know. Number 7, 9, 10 a through 10-e, a, b, c, d and e. 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20,21, 22, 23, 24-a and b. 25, 26, 28. I think the others require a little explanation, if nothing else. I move approval of the consent items.
