19 is approve modification number 1 to add community access real-time translation service to contract number ps 030055 ef with Texas closed captioning reporters for closed and open captioning services. My understanding is this modification simply adds real-time translation service to the current contract. Should be cost neutral. I move approval. Any more discussion? All in favor? A that passes by unanimous vote.
