Consent Items

View captioned video.

The consent items are next. Posted for consent are: c-1 through c-3, the agenda, nobody has signed -- had signed in a few moments ago. Would anyone like to address the court on any matter not on the agenda. If so, please come forward. The consent items are next. Posted for consent are: c-1 through c-3, c-1 through c-3. And we have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss these separately, let us know as we call out the number. Number 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, -- the way I’m reading 8 is that the annual renewals will come up as they do now.
>> yes, sir.
>> uh-huh.
>> 9, 10, 11, any bidders here? Who would like to give comments on this item?
>> I would like to add that one -- have that one brought up very briefly, judge?
>> 11?
>> yeah.
>> 11 is not part of the consent motion. 12.
>> I also had a -- have a call into purchasing, do we have an answer to that, cyd?
>> 12 is not part of the consent motion.
>> just quickly.
>> we have been asked to postpone 13 until next week and the same for 14.
>> judge, 13 is -- has now been funded it's okay to go.
>> okay.
>> two minutes ago.
>> we are now told that 13 is ready to go. 13 I take it is for the base bid and alternate 1. Not alternate 2. Because the money doesn't jive.
>> that is correct, sir.
>> base bid plus alternate 1 is what 13 is about. The recommendation is to approve that. And that will be part of the consent motion. We still should postpone 14 one week.
>> [indiscernible]
>> there's funding issues that do not involve this directly. There's a similar item that covers Texas closed captioning reporters that needs to be on next week to deal with the funding issue.
>> susan -- okay. [indiscernible] change the funding. Still a funding issue that needs to be addressed. I believe you talked to the auditor yesterday.
>> directly related to this item?
>> we will have both items on the court's agenda next week. 14 is postponed until one week. We will have the funding issue on next week, also. That may be the easiest way to deal with that.
>> they are connected.
>> 15 a and b. 16, 17, 18, we have been asked to read number 19 into the record. Otherwise it's a consent eligible it seems to me. Number 20. 21, 22, 25, 26, 27, 28,.
>> judge, I think the same kind of thing there. We have five names of people that we just need to make sure that we read into the record on number 28.
>> on 28 listen closely to Commissioner Sonleitner as she reads the five names, julia johnson, richard willis, mike lee, betty barker and lester johnson.
>> thank you, judge.
>> no problem. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion?
>> move approval of the consent items.
>> second.
>> all in favor. That passes by unanimous vote.
