A-3. The judges have basically committed to use the funds in their budget at the current time, so it should be budget neutral. A 3 is to consider request from civil district judges to hire a visiting associate judge and take appropriate action. They believe they have a total of 8,272.30 in available funds. They commit to use that amount to get them through the end of the fiscal year.
