12 is to approve modification -- modification 2 to interlocal agreement il970319jg, city of Austin for household hazardous waste collection services. All right.
>> are we covered?
>> yes. This is where the citizens in the county take their trash outside of the city for hazardous waste. They keep up with who from the county is coming in, that's how they calculate the payment. Though we don't expect the level of service to go down or up. All this organization does is change [indiscernible] in order to calculate the payment based on previous years which was --
>> if we pay up front, what are the chances that we get that the services will be delivered?
>> I believe that we are paying at the end of the year. I don't believe that we are paying up front, judge. But I will check on that. I believe we are paying at -- that we are changing the --
>> you are right. Based on what happened the previous year. And then -- sounds like a true -- [indiscernible]
>> so the question goes to if we are guaranteed payment by paying up front, what assurances do we have that we will receive the services and if we don't, during the subsequent 12 months, we will credit or refund.

>> part of it rue now is that they bring their stuff in because they know that the facility is open a certain number of days of the week. This is in hours. Just need to make sure that th folks that we are -- that we are helping pay for are still there on the other end related to the city of Austin. Since they are looking at everything heavily.
>> carol joseph with t.n.r., We do pay up front but reconcile at the following year. If, for example, services were cut by any chance, we don't expect it to be, or didn't collect as much trash from Travis County residents, we will pay -- collect the difference in the true up at the end of the year. So next year's allocation will be less by the amount that we --
>> actual amount.
>> right.
>> move approval.
>> second. I’m fine with that.
>> [indiscernible]
>> yes, sir.
>> any [indiscernible]
>> yes, sir. Motion to approve by Commissioner Gomez, seconded by Commissioner Sonleitner. Any more discussion? All in favor? Item no. 12 is approved.
>> thank you.
>> thank you.
