Item 11

Item, number 11, do we need --
>> no, it's really more of a question, I知 happy to take an answer not in court if they just want to give me a memo. I did not get any kind of response from p.b.o. About their assessment of the rejection of all of these items. Sheriff wanted to do that, but I was looking for someone else to weigh in with an opinion in terms of concurrence or to give us another opinion.
>> okay.
>> since it was all based on it would cost more than it was worth. If that's the opinion of p.b.o., I知 happy with it. They can e-mail me and tell me that.
>> christian is coming down later this morning on a couple of other items, so we will just ask him to look at that and be ready to answer that question and --
>> then, judge, on number 12, just so everybody knows what the question is on that one, I have no issues with the city of Austin changing to get their money up front in the fiscal year rather than three quarters in. However, I知 going to be raising this on anything that we have got, with the city of Austin. They are having budgetary issues. If they are going to be cutting back on their programs, how is that going to be impacting things where we are buying their services? I just want to make sure that what we buy is there. And this has to do with service where they are open certain hours, certain days of the week and I need assurances that what we are purchasing hasn't changed, that we would still have the same kind of access to that service. There's cyd.
>> cyd grimes, this contract is --
>> come -- I知 going to need to call up the item.
>> I知 sorry, judge, I did see her here --
>> number 11 or 12?
>> 12 is to approve modification -- modification 2 to interlocal agreement il970319jg, city of Austin for household hazardous waste collection services. All right.
>> are we covered?
>> yes.
