Number one is a public hearing to discuss a request for temporary road closure of brodie lane o July 4th, 2003, during the home owner's parade in precinct 3.
>> move that the public hearing be opened.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> good morning, carol joseph, t.n.r. The home owner's association of shady hollow has asked for us to close a portion of brodie lane temporarily while they hold a July 4th parade. Our engineers have looked at it and rerouted the traffic and we see no problems with this. So we ask approval.
>> this is for 30 minutes.
>> yes, sir.
>> in the morning, afternoon, evening or night.
>> > morning.
>> do we know about when?
>> no, I don't know the exact time. But I could check on it.
>> well, I was going to let the residents in brodie know, we think it will be the first part of the parade? For 30 minutes, after that it will be over.
>> exactly. The constables will be out there to direct traffic.
>> this is an annual event.
>> yes, sir.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? Seeing none.
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> second.
>> all in favor?
>> that passes by unanimous vote. That will be action item no. 12, which I believe will be part of the consent motion.
>> actually, just correction. The actual time is 9:45 to 10:45. 9:45 the parade starts.
>> 9:45?
>> yes, sir.
>> the parade starts at 9:45, the root will be closed between 9:00 and 11:00? We still closed the public hearing. Did we vote on that? Thank you very much.
