12. Consider and take appropriate action on new water delivery rates for chinatown water works. I had asked for an explanation.
>> you should have the background there. Good morning, by the way. From chinatown water works. Basically the reasons for the increase is insurance, represents and fuels have gone up. And evidently there are some other costs that you mentioned that have gone up that he did mention in the letter. Also, he did not increase the rates since 1986, since the initiation for the contract.
