2. Discuss the partial vacation of lot f9 and a plat for recording in precinct three: resubdivision of the south portion of lot f9, northwest hills ranch, section one (short form plat - 4 lots - 2.835 acres - d-k ranch road and t-bar trail - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by city of Austin, city of Austin e.t.j.
>> move that the public hearing be opened.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> good morning, carol joseph, t.n.r. This -- this request of this plat was originally platted in 1965. The re-- resubwided in 1989. At that time, there was a plat restriction -- no vehicular access from the lot f 9, batch 2, I'm sorry, to bee cave ranch. The developer is now coming into resubdivide again, lot f 9-2 into four different lots and they need access from bee cave ranch. What they are asking is a vacation of that prohibition on the access from bee cave ranch. We are asking that the action item, however, on number 5 be pulled until the city has approved the plat. The city has not done that. We expect it to happen within the next couple of weeks.
>> okay. Alternatively, we have asked by lee heckman to approve the plat for recording at the time that the city of Austin approves it.
>> we could do either/or. Normally what we do is we wait until the city has approved the -- their plats and then we rerecord --
>> can we do the second one, tom, is that legality if.
>> you can do a conditional approval.
>> that second one will keep you from coming back. We know how busy your schedule is so -- [laughter]
>> whatever works. We will do conditional approval on the 5.
>> okay. But --
>> is that administrative that it's having to work its way through the city, through the z.a.p. Or planning commission as opposed to the council because the council is not meeting for a month.
>> right. It's the zoning committee and apparently was scheduling issue that occurred -- [multiple voices]
>> almost every week.
>> yes.
>> thank you.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing.
>> move that the public hearing be closed. Second.
>> that passes by unanimous vote. That will be action item no. 5.
