1. Discuss authorizing the filing of an order to vacate portions of the right-of-way of Barton Creek boulevard (formerly travis cook road) in Barton Creek section h, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> good morning, carol joseph, t.n.r. The developer of Barton Creek section requests the vacation of a portion o a Barton Creek boulevard, originally travis cook. They have rebuilt the Barton Creek boulevard and need this vacation, this portion of Barton Creek boulevard. We've had no complaints, the only issue was that the mudd request easement and they have given that and will be in the plat notes.
