>> we have returned from executive session where we discussed the four items posted. Unless there's objection, I suggest that we have motions on those this afternoon.

Just before lunch we did go into executive session and discuss four items, we discussed number 34 involving the farmers market, I believe based on the conversation no action today, back on the agenda next week. We're hoping to receive a report and hopefully a check from the contractor there. 35 involves the eeoc claim of helen hodge. I move we renew our offer to settle in the amount of 12,500 that's outstanding, let's renew that.
>> second.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 367 involves -- 36 involves howard lane and s.h. 130. I move that we authorize Commissioner Davis and yours truly to get with the county attorney's office and t.n.r. Staff and get with the property owners with whom we have been negotiating for some time now and try to have a final meeting that would end in a written agreement. We've had a few issues that are dangling and that -- that we hope to do that between now and next Tuesday to get a report back from committee. And if either of us is unavailable, maybe another member of the court could substitute rather than postpone the meeting. I understand that staff is trying to set that up. Seconded by Commissioner Davis. Any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 37 involves the lawsuit by mr. Handley.
>> we -- Tuesday.
>> there has been a little development on that one. We need to see basically what magistrate will do in response to --
>> [inaudible - no mic]
>> -- I'm thinking that we are not sps suppose odd -- we are supposed to get that before we have that, so this item will be back on next week.
