The consent items are next. . Posted for consent are c-1 through c-of. Would anyone like for us to pull any of those items for separate discussion? We have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call them out.

Number 7, number 8, number 9, 10, 11, 12-a, with the understanding that the -- whatever we sign needs to be modified to only cover 12-a and to exclude 12-b and c, which we pulled. 13. , 14,, 15, 19, a, b, c and d, and in d we're asked to advance $6,075, which will be reimbursed by grant funds as soon as we receive the money from the grantor, the university of Texas health science center. 22, 2328, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33 with the appropriate action being to ratify it.
