Number 4 is a public hearing to discuss the issuance of a tax exempt bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed 3.65 million or $3,650,000, series 2003, by trinity higher education facilities corporation for huston-tillotson college.

>> good morning, i'd like to state that notice of this public hearing was published in the "austin american-statesman" more than 14 days ago as required by the internal revenue code for the bonds to be issued by this particular issuer to be tax exempt. I don't know if there's some representatives from the college and the bank, I don't know if they have anything they want to say at the public hearing.
>> we see the president, mr. Ervin here for the first time probably. [ laughter ] I'm sure he would like to say hello to all his alumni and all his fans out there in tv land.
>> good morning. The college wants to renovate the campus and to upgrade its facilities. There will be no cost, of course, to the county for this operation and we just simply appreciate your support in this venture.
>> and I would just like to say that the approval as required by the internal revenue code also for the action item that's on here.
>> because of other county's issuance of bonds?
>> yes, sir. Actually, the city of marks has issued this particular issuer, but it's not in our jurisdiction.
>> it is somewhere on the map.
>> yes, sir. It's in Texas, yes, sir. [ laughter ]
>> is there any bill that the persons receiving these particular bonds and issuing bonds will be be stowed liability at all on Travis County? It's just for public hearing that's been formatted by the i.r.s. Code as far as having this public hearing under their jurisdiction, is that correct?
>> yes, sir.
>> where the facility is located in that county?
>> that's correct.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move the public hearing be closed.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. That ervin, that will be action item number 28 for today. And if we do businesslike we normally do, that will be part of our consent motion.
