1-a is to discuss the following: the partial vacation of werkenthin subdivision, section 5.
>> good morning. The applicant is requesting that we vacate pan deana lane, which was a public right-of-way. What we're expecting in the future is for it to become a drainage easement because the topography is basically a drainage easement. So that's what we expect to happen in the next few weeks when they come through the replating the vacation through darla.
