Health Facilities Development Corporation
Let's call to order the Travis County health facility development corporation. We have been asked to postpone number 2 until next week. That item is the same as number 1 under the Travis County housing finance corporation. We do do need number one, that is an executive session item that is to receive advice from legal counsel to take appropriation action regarding commonwealth land title insurance company versus Travis County health facilities development corporation. We will take this up in executive session. To get advice of counsel and we will return to -- to open session after discussing this one item. Counter offer to settle [indiscernible]
