4. Introduction of julie joe to Commissioners court by county attorney's office.
>> good morning, judge and Commissioners.
>> good morning.
>> it's my pleasure this morning to introduce you to our newest attorney this morning, her name is julie joe. She has been educated by the university of Texas and with a b.a. In -- in geography and economics, so if the p.b.o. Has been needing any help in developing the budget, she may be of some help in that. But we have actually brought her on for her legal skills. She is a graduate of the university of Texas tech, Texas tech university I guess officially, does that thing, every now and then in the office, she doesn't get away with it much since there's so many university of Texas graduates surrounding her, but she still holds her own. We have been very blessed in the fact that her experience at the attorney general's office for almost nearly 10 years in the open records division has been able to come in and really be of advice to not only members of our staff, but we recently went to the Texas district attorney and county attorney association civil seminar and everyone came up to her and like she was already this goddess of the open records theories of law. So she's developed somewhat of a -- of a following amongst our own attorneys all around the state. So we are real proud to have her. We are offering her services to you whenever you get an open records request. She's even picking up, she's so talented in this area that she's picking up a number of other contracts and other things that we have in the office, so -- so I introduce you to julie joe.
