Consent Items

View captioned video.

The consent items are next. Posted for con sent are c 1 -- for consent are c 1 through c 7. I show those to be ready. We have been asked to add several other items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss them separately, please let us know. As we call out the number. 4 a.
>> I have a question on 4 a.
>> 4 a will not be part of the consent motion. Number 7, number 10 included one non-routine that we discussed last week.
>> uh-huh.
>> 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, I’m assuming that there's a budget in place in 17, a, b and c.
>> yes, sir.
>> 17 a, b and c. 18, 18, a, b, we have been -- 19, a, b, we have been asked to pull c, I guess we will get a date. But skipping 19 c, 19 a, b, d. 20, 21, to reject and rebid, there are exceptions to the terms and conditions there. 22, 23 on the letter that I gave you today, and -- may 15, 2001, the court authorized me to sign the dental and oral surgeon contracts that are coming in this year. I didn't know whether my authority was forever or not. And this item would basically reauthorize me to sign these contracts as they trickle in from various professionals.
>> looks good.
>> okay. 24, number 25 is there any protest here, protestant? Number 25, 26, 27 transportation and natural resources, I assume that we have not received any substitute letter of credit? So we should call this one down? 27, if we have to call this one down, this is the last day, right.
>> > okay. So we can pass that.
>> we will not include 7 in the consent motion.
>> all right. 28. Let's indicate our intention to call up number 30 in executive session first, there are a couple of legal issues on that.
>> okay.
>> 32, 33 --
>> uh-huh.
>> -- 37, 38, 39 I circulated the memo that -- okay. And 40 -- well, we need to discuss 41.
>> what about 36, judge?
>> 36 I do have as consent.
>> oh, okay. I move approval of the consent items.
>> Commissioner Daugherty seconds. Would anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately?
>> a and b.
>> 40 a and b is what I’m going to ask about, judge.
>> no, those --
>> I think we need a little discussion of that, which is why I didn't include -- address them.
>> did you say 41 was --
>> no.
>> okay. We need to discuss that one. Actually on 41, if I could hear from cliff blunt and lad pat till although late -- patillo on the request of huston tillotson college, we have done two or three others like that, but we normally run it by them for their analysis and response. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? Hearing none, all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
