Number 8, to discuss and take appropriate regarding the schematic design for phase 1 of the building at 5501 airport blvd., Which includes tax office and county clerk divisions.
>> good morning. Director of facilities management. And right here we have a -- it's -- a preliminary sketch for the airport office building. And in which we have phase 1 for the tax office and the election and in the backup you have an 11 by 17 sheet, one of which is said about the -- about the layout for the tax office and the other one depict the layout of the election division, the election division including recording and also the accounting division. And we really went beyond a little bit over the preliminary design for all of these offices and functions we have on those two departments and the users agree with this and they sign-off on the layout. And I think we are -- on really the fast track production as far as the design is concerned and would like, you know, the approval so we can move forward to the construction document and the release for construction.
>> as we approve the different phases, we are mindful of the departments that will come in the latter stages and what their space needs are.

>> roger, I understand that we need to have some further discussions with justice of public safety.
>> okay. And they are in phase 3 here.
>> that's correct.
>> question, comments? Move approval?
>> second.
