4, review and take appropriate action on grant proposals, applications, contracts and permissions to continue. A is approval grant contract with the office of rural community affairs for the plover place water lines grant in t.n.r. The grant extends the term of the existing agreement until may 2004.
>> that is correct. And judge, there is no fiscal impact. This is basically to extend the term of the contract until 2004.
>> I guess my question was, on the backup where I read number 2 on page 10, it looks like, responsibility for ownership and maintenance of the water lines after Travis County completes installation is unknown at this time. What does that mean exactly other than we don't know? Why should I be a little concerned with that? I mean, what -- maintenance and ownership at some point in time is -- I mean could be the county's responsibility. Is that not correct?
>> that is the way that I would interpret it as well, that it is indeed unknown. And i'll be happy if you would like to get more information directly from the department for you.
>> well, I mean, it just seems to me that at some point in time thercould be some liability from our standpoint, but that would be fine if you would just let me know.
>> not a problem. Most definitely.
>> I move approval.
>> second. Any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> thank you.
>> thank you.
