The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c 1 through c 6, I show those to be ready for action. C 1 through c 6. By the way, c 6 is a Saturday. It's a good program. My thought was that we would want our employees to have take advantage of that, it voluntary. But that will give [indiscernible] another opportunity to use the building on Saturday morning. We have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. By the way, 5 a we have been asked to pull. This note says per e-mail. So if that is not true, p.b.o. Will let us know. 5 b is recommended instead of $25,000, that should be $75,000. But it will be internally funded. 6, 9, 10, 11 --
>> I have one question on 11.
>> 11 will not be part of the cop sent motion. -- consent motion. 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 a and b, 18, 21, 23, 24, 24 is the last one.
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion.
>> judge, I believe number 16 was supposed to be in executive session first. As is number 22.
>> all right. 16. Are there issues that we -- that are not indicated in the backup?
>> I believe there's probably some choices to be made.
>> 16 a and b will not be part of the consent motion.
>> and 22 also is an executive session item.
>> that one --
>> yeah.
>> yeah, 22 was not recommended for the consent. And we are taking 16 a and b out of the consent motion.
>> joe, did you hear that you don't have an action item related to public hearing on number 1, it was -- there was not an action item on this agenda? Yeah. So it needs to be reposted for next Tuesday. Joe on 16 are we citing the real property exception consultation with attorney, both? Okay. Would anyone else like for any other item to be pulled from the consent motion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
