Citizens communication is next. One citizen signed in. Margaret owens. Good morning.
>> good morning.
>> good morning.
>> you might want to put that mic on ends so we can hear you.
>> I don't think we voted on number 3.
>> okay. There was a motion and second. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. That was on item no. 3.
>> good morning.
>> good morning, judge Biscoe and other Commissioners. We just wanted to come this morning to invite you to a wonderful event that's going to be happening on tomorrow evening at 5:30. It is a silent auction that is being hosted by the real estate council of Austin. And it is also art that will be presented by some of the youth at Travis County juvenile probation department. They have done this for 8 years. This is the 8th year and we are celebrating their accomplishment. We want to invite you and the community to come and join us on tomorrow at 5:30. I'm also delighted to have district judge jeanne meurer standing beside me. She's also going to be a speaker as well as judge Biscoe on tomorrow evening. So come celebrate with us tomorrow. We appreciate you. Thank you.
>> thank you.
>> where is this? What's the location?
>> it is going to be held at 98 san jacinto.
>> what time?
>> 5:30.
>> that's the big office building right next to the four seasons.
>> that's correct.
>> looking forward to seeing you there judge Biscoe and all of the Commissioners, if you can make it, it's a wonderful event. It is something that is an art therapy and it works really well for our juveniles, it's an incredible partnership with reca and we really appreciate their support. Without this particular auction, what it does is support the program for our kids, it's a self perpetuating program, all of the money goes back into the program in order to support it. It's one of the other -- other basically the programs that we have to assist our kids here in Travis County and give them some exposure, not only to the art world, but to all of the mediums of expression and so we really are excited about it. Thank you.
>> thank you.
>> thank you.
>> I was there last year and -- and it was a good event.
>> thank you very much.
>> thank you.
>> judge, could I get a clarification on item no. 1, please. We conducted the public hearing but there wasn't a separate item put on related to the action item. But I'm noticing in the wording of number 1 its does also say approve the vacation. Are we approving the vacation as well? Because our motion was only to do the public hearing.
>> as far as I know the motion was just the public hearing.
>> is there going to be a separate item put on next week or something?
>> I don't think so.
>> there is no item on this agenda.
>> if joe wants an item on, joe will put one on.
>> okay.
>> just making sure because we didn't do the action item. It's not here.
>> separate item --
>> right.
>> we will take action on the public hearing.
>> I'm just saying --
>> anybody else for citizens communication?
