Consent Items

The consent items are next. And if you would like for us to discuss them separately, let us know, posted for consent are c 1 through c 4. We have been asked to considered aking the following items to the consent motion. Number 6? Number 7? 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, I have a question on 14.
>> 14 will not be part of the consent motion.
>> 16? 17? Finally worked out last night.
>> it was, but if we're going to have questions on number 14... [multiple voices]
>> 17 will not be part of the consent motion.
>> 20 a and b? 22? 23? 26? By the way, 26 is to approve negotiation. There is no modification at this time and the request really is to approve negotiation for a contract modification as set forth in the wording. So being a part of the consent motion we're basically authorizing negotiations and if they work out this matter will be brought back to the court in the form of a contract amendment. There's a little correction that needs to be made there. 27? 28? 29? 30? 31? 32? 33? 34?
>> and judge, 35, we met and basically what that is, the court already approved the contract and then the departments tnr and facilities management would then work based on that awarding of that contract. So that is...
>> the subcommittee recommend approval?
>> yes.
>> i've got questions about that. 35.
>> 35 will not be part of the consent motion. On 36 I’m assuming that because of the amount of that we at least did some sample comparisons. This makes sense to me. Looks like we spend in excess of $400,000. So my question is really whether we just sort of called around for the various items to make sure that this was a better price. I’m assuming from john carl in purchasing the answering to that is yes, right?
>> yes.
>> 37? A 1? Would anyone like to vote on these items except for discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
