Item 34, consider the appointment of two members of the Commissioners court to serve on the selection committee for the jail operations review and take appropriate action. I think the judge had laid out, I think, a very reasonable suggestion that is correct the justice and public safety subcommittee serve as the two members of the Commissioners court on this review.

>> that would be Commissioner Gomez and judge Biscoe. Certainly they've been dealing with all the issues on jail overcrowding. I think they've got a very good depth here, and the judge isn't here, so we can put him on the committee. That's the way those things work. Moved and seconded. Further discussion? All in favor? That passes unanimously.
