>> yes, we sent out solicitations to 27 vendors. We received two bids. We asked the bidders bit on all the items. We only had one bid on that. This will be a term contract for heavy equipment when we need it. We have a need for it immediately on a project, and that's what this contract does. We opened it yesterday. You didn't get your backup until yesterday, and that's why I assumed that you all put it on consent because it was a rush need.
>> I don't have a notation from the judge. Anybody here on the court have an item? I would move approval of item number 30.
