26, rescind the action taken on item -- consider il 030152 lb between Travis County and the Texas conference of urban counties to explore the desirability and feasibility of jointly procuring an integrated justice system and take appropriate action. Sid, do you want to lay out?
>> my understanding is -- after the court approved this is bexar county, tarrant county and our attorneys had discussion about some of the terms and conditions, and they were not significant. And I actually have not looked at this or read what the changes are, but frank tells me that the county attorney's office is in agreement with all of the changes. And there was nothing substantially --
>> so we need to rescind the action taken before and adopt the new -- adopt the changes?
>> yes. This was discussed at the c.u.c. Meeting we had and what it is is rather going in and saying no, no, change the interlocal, they are asking everybody to approve the final latest, greatest version of this. And again, they also explain these were not substantive changes she but minor changes that individual counties needed to sign off on.
>> second.
>> moved and seconded we rescind the action on item 36 on that particular dat and approve the new interlocal. Moved and seconded. Any further discussion by any member of the court? All those in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
