Which brings us to item 9, approve the use of capital improvement bond funds to purchase computer hard way for t.n.r. Engineering division to design 2001 bond projects. Carol.
>> what we're asking is that the court approve the use of 2001 bond funds to specifically buy computer hardware dedicated to the engineering services division that is going to be designing and review designs of our 2001 projects. What we found over the years is that we use one server in t.n.r., And because of the excessive software as well as the use of memory, we've found it difficult for us throughout the whole division and department to use one server. We've asked our consultant to come in and look at that and one suggestion was that we dedicate our engineering services software as well as the other digital photography software and information that we get from the outside on one server specifically for our engineering use for bond funds.
>> carol, I'm going off of judge Biscoe's notes here. Do we have signoff from the bond attorneys and the county attorney's office that this is a eligible c.i.p. Expense?
>> yes, ma'am. We've worked with county attorney david e scami will la.
>> questions from the court? Moved and seconded about the use of these funds. That passes by unanimous vote.
