Let's call to order the Travis County health facilities develops corporation, the capital industrial development corporation and the capitol health facilities development corporation. One item common to all corporations that is to consider budget transfer and, 2, payments to deloitte and touchellp for audit of the component unit corporations and take appropriate action.
>> I’m requesting an 11.11 transfer from allocated reserve to professional fee audit for the Travis County health facilities health development corporation only. The reason is because it's based -- the budget was made before the final fund balances were calculated. And the -- the amounts for each of the corporations, the health -- the house porption of the bill is 1,021.07. The capital health facility development corporation's portion of the bill is $29.10 and the capital industrial development corporation's portion of the bill is $84.51. And I’m requesting approval and the sum of those figures it $6,000.
