Executive Session
Now, we have been asked to postpone Commissioner Gomez one executive session item, number 42.

>> that leaves number 40. 40. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding zoning for the building located at 5501 airport blvd. Under consideration for purchase to house various county departments. That's the real property exception to the open meetings act. We had better give the consultation with attorney exception, also. After which we will discuss number 41, which toys consider recommendation for covering functional areas now under executive manager of justice and public safety, and take appropriate action. Personnel matters exception instead of the consultation with attorney. We will meet in executive session to discuss these two items and return to open court before taking any action.
