Now, consider and take appropriate action on proposed policy from memorial markers in county right-of-way. A-3.
>> good morning.
>> [inaudible].
>> we had a family who had a death on one of the county roads, and they wanted to put up a memorial marker, and that's where the request started.
>> and as far as we know, have no objection to this?
>> we have heard no objection.
>> we will be able to locate these memorial markers in right-of-way in such a way that they will not pose a safety risk of any sort?
>> that's correct. Both the material and the placement will make sure that it's not a traffic hazard.
>> are we regulating the size of the marker?
>> yes, we are. The policy covers the material and the size and what can go on the memorial marker.
>> any more questions or comments?
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you, mr. Geiselman.
