On item --
>> 34.
>> 34. 34 a. An agreement with a.c.c.
>> > dana debouvier, Travis County clerk. Have I the original and copies for each of you. As I mentioned this morning, a.c.c. Did adopt this agreement last night and it has been signed, all we need is your signatures and we'll place them in the record. Commissioner Sonleitner, there is one little thing, the fourth from the last page has one correction in it, a strikeout of a single sentence. That speaks to an issue that you had been concerned about and that is Travis County making sure we're going to receive full and adequate and fair reimbursement for our costs for this election. This sentence appears in the city contract. So it's on the other side.
>> I saw it on the other side so I wasn't freaking because -- at least as long as the city. [multiple voices]
>> of course, a.c.c.'s provision for their prorata share is in their agreement.
>> got it. Thank you.
>> [indiscernible] more than $150,000, [indiscernible].
>> yes, sir, it is. I believe it was 153,000 and some.
>> and the city is picking that up?
>> yes.
>> and we will be made whole and completing within this fiscal year, and a.c.c. And the city of Austin have cooperatively worked out the city will pick up the additional costs of the a.c.c. Side of the ledger.
>> this is a very progressive thing you are doing, pulling together Travis County, the city of Austin and a.c.c. And the new city of volente all together in one election.
>> any more discussion?
>> we need a motion, judge?
>> we do.
>> move approval of the joint election agreement under 34 a.
>> second.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> thank you.
>> thank you.
