On 21, the -- approve personnel amendments, these were a little different than we normally see and that's because these are grant positions and some funded by non-county general fund sources and looks like we are taking a funding hit and so we -- the impact -- the employees are being impacted. That's -- that's where the r.i.f. Policy is being invoked.
>> that's correct, judge, these are state funds that will be terminating.
>> I read the sheriff's letter correctly, if I read the sheriff's letter correctly, it's one of an anticipatory action, if nothing changes the funding goes away and we would still, though, have time to -- the legislature still what time to reverse their actions or we would have time during our budget process to reverse the actions but to basically make sure that there is -- that we leave all options with this Commissioners court to -- to either fund it or not or for the state to fund it or not. This is kind of like a preemptive strike on --
>> sort of preventive. And anticipating in the event that there is a need. The policy does require certain time frame, 120 day notice to you as the court and of course 60 day notice to the employee. And of course we wanted to make sure that we met that time frame, just sort of a heads up to the employees in the event that all of that does happen.
>> linda, you did send out a good e-mail to everybody basically calling all departments. Are these the only two grants that are going to be in the situation or are we anticipating more of these in the weeks to come? Because of different grant dates.
>> we have gotten some responses from departments and I’m thinking now perhaps too, Commissioner Sonleitner, that have indicated that their grants will indeed terminate in August. So we still have time with them to bring that information before you, before [indiscernible] move to this level. Not very many. Those that have responded not very many.
>> employees not funded by the county. If it comes before being impacted I guess there are other deputy --
>> that office was the only one that was contracting with -- with the --
>> gartner bets, yeah.
>> okay. Gardner-betts.
>> I didn't.
>> okay.
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> of all of the proposed personnel --
>> any more discussion? If I have gave? That passes by unanimous vote.
