20. A. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve amendment of administrative services agreement with united healthcare insurance company as a hipaa business associate. I move approval.

Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve amendment of summary plan descriptions for epo and ppo health plans with united healthcare insurance company, and authorize printing and distribution to employees.
>> good morning, judge and Commissioners. B has to do with policies that you passed a couple of weeks ago on hippa. We are required to amend the summary plan descriptions for epo and ppo and to provide that information to employees. So that's why we are asking the print 7 and distribution -- printing and distribution of that information.
>> so the information that's in the notice of amendment is the amended language?
>> let me look at that, judge.
>> this is like pages 3 through 8, judge, is that what you are talking about?
>> yes.
>> actually, yeah, 3 through -- yeah. That's consistent with what we discussed in a previous meeting and approved.
>> yes, sir. And along with that one pager, also, that kind of told employees what hippa was and how -- how it would impact them.
>> page 2?
>> no, sir. There was another one-pager, I’m sorry I don't have that with me right now. But you approved it last week.
>> okay.
>> it was like a blue sheet or a green sheet.
>> uh-huh.
>> colored.
>> move approval of the amendment?
>> second.
>> and basically authorize training and distribution to employees.

>> we will distribute it through the h.r., Through the liaisons.
