37 is to approve order adopting use of direct recording electronic -- direct recording electronic equipment at all county early voting and election day polling places.

>> all right. The notice that you have before you is a standard notice that says that we are expanding our new election equipment to include both early voting and election day. The one that you had last time specified our old system, opt ta kel can for election day and the new one for early voting. All we're doing now is setting it up for the department of justice and for the future so that we know our e-legislate voting equipment in both places. And cameron armstrong of the county attorney's office wrote this for us.
