Number 1 is a public hearing -- 1. Conduct public hearing for approval of proposed street name assignments for private easements in ashton woods subdivision, a private town home community in precinct 2.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Good morning.
>> good morning. [inaudible - no mic] subdivision in the private townhome for the elderly and the owner asked that we name the easements in order to -- to assist 911 or any other emergency service to locate the houses properly. We've had no complaints.
>> by doing this, this does not imply that this is for county minutes absolutely not. It's a private one lot subdivision.
>> so do we normally in the public hearing indicate what the names would be?
>> but -- we can.
>> can we do that?
>> the names of the street would be barkley drive, kimberly laine, ashton woods drive, dot drive, wild iris lane, john light drive and ashton woods circle and leyton lane.
>> when we do this the subdivision actually pays for the street name signs?
>> absolutely. And they maintain it.
>> any objections called to our attention?
>> no, sir.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move to close the public hearing.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote, that will be action item no. 11. Which will probably be part of our consent motion.
