Number 23, approve interlocal with the city of Austin for coordination of the summer youth employment program.
>> essentially what we're doing is bringing all of the staff functions under one administrative umbrella of Travis County. Now, the only ples that's a little bit different here is that we have always coordinated the summer youth program in Travis County, to coordinate them, sitting behind me, has always worked for Travis County, and we had an agreement with the city of Austin that for efficiency and for continuity of supervision of staff that we in Travis County would continue to coordinate, we would coordinate the program, continue to coordinate the program in our site but also centralize the staff within the Travis County administration. We're not spending any more money than we did before.
>> we spend $241,000, the city spends $290,000.
>> that has more to do with the, probably the number of staff that we fund. I mean, is there a reason as to why -- I mean, I would think that probably the majority of whoever gets these services probably are more city than county. Or is it more county?
>> there's only one place in the city that you can live and not be in the county. And so we hire staff -- well, we engage student status from rural Travis County as well as the city of Austin. This is one of those programs actually that's funded jointly where we've made attempts to do more outreach into the rural areas, but we don't distinguish it the way that you are describing it now.

>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you all very much.
>> thanks.
