>> in the meantime we'll read the order of incorporation for the county judge to sign. And I believe that's the order to which the item makes reference. And upon reading it, I will sign it, but the gist of it is that proper notice of the February 1, 2003 incorporation election was given, that the election was held on Saturday, February 1, 2003. And d, a certified copy of this order and a plat of the municipality known as the village of volente, Texas shall be recorded in the deeds and records of Travis County. Okay? Now, do you have the original for that?
>> it's upstairs.
>> if you have it downstairs, i'll dine sooin it and get this over. Now, tamara since this item requires for the commissioners court as a body is that the order of incorporation for the community of volente, which is signed by the Travis County judge, should be entered into the Travis County commissioners court records, right?
>> correct.
>> and in the deed records of Travis County, a certified copy of the order of incorporation and a plat of the municipality.
>> that's correct also.
>> and in that plat is attached to the order?
>> yes.
>> he's on the way down here with it? Okay. And the entire commissioner's court is to approve this part, right? Or is that? --
>> well, the way the law reads is that you entered in the minute and in the deed records and it's before the court. So I think that's fine. In other words, yes, the court can approve it, that's fine.
>> I will bring the other down with me if -- [ inaudible ] [ laughter ]
>> it's very late. [one moment, please, for change in captioners]
