>> professional engineering services for the Pflugerville east road design project, approve authorization to commence jo contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm, and take appropriate action.
>> on this r.f.q. For this specific project we received 17 proposals. And the top ranked firm is how we will associates, they, too, have committed to a 30% hub participation. Howell associates. It looks like greg did the backup on this one, too.
