5. Discuss and approve a plat for recording in precinct three: resubdivision of lot f7, northwest hills ranch, section one - (shortform plat - 3 lots - 3.49 acres - d-k ranch road - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by onsite sewage facility - city of Austin etj).
>> yes. [inaudible] a little bit. This -- this plat was on the court agenda two weeks ago, as you may recall. And an adjoining property owner had some problem with the [inaudible] he was afraid that he was going to be flooded by what was happening on this tract. We subsequently gone back to this plat and required that they detain all of the storm water on their property. So we have reviewed their construction plans to do so and have required a plat note on the plat that requires them to detain the water on their tract. With that I believe that we have settled the issue of the storm water runoff. Otherwise, this plat meets county standards. And we recommend approval.

>> it's a plat note. And that is part of the plat that we are approving today for recording.
