2. Discuss the total cancellation of a plat recorded in precinct three: wooded oaks - (cancellation of lots 1- 13, inclusive, all of dever cove, and platted drainage easements - city of Austin etj).

>> this is an original plat of 13 single family lots, they were asking that we vacate the plat entirely. And their intention is to convert this into a commercial lot. When they do that, they will have to replat and provide t.n.r. With all of the information on drainage and whatnot. But literally, it's eliminating a residential subdivision. And again, I know of no objection to this. But the purpose of the public hearing toys find out if there -- is to find out if there is.
