Consent Items

Posted for consent are c 1 through c 12, and I show all of those items to be ready for action today. Steve williams did ask us to pull item 15, until further notice. He is checking on the funding source for that matter. So we are pulling 15. What am I supposed to do with this?
>> those are from the people with citizen communication [inaudible]
>> okay. Multiple copies of the same document, right?
>> yes.
>> okay. Potential consent items are number 3, that is with joseph p. Gieselman, carol joseph and melinda malay listed as signatories designated by us. Number 4 with the same individuals, designated at signatories for Travis County, number 5, number 6 a and b, no budget amendments and transfers for 7, number 11, 13, 16, 18, 19 --
>> judge, I had a question on 19.
>> okay. 19 will not be part of the consent motion. 20, 22 in its entirety, that's 22 a, b, c and d. 23 in its entirety, 23 a, b and c. 24. And 29.
>> move approval of the consent items.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
