>> all in favor.
>> that passes by unanimous vote.
>> good morning. We have been asked by the wells branch municipal utility district to assist them in a triathalon race. This is the iron kids race that they are sponsoring. They will need to close certain county roads between 6:00 a.m. And 1:00 p.m. Sunday on may 24th. To create a safe environment for the race. They will have sheriff deputies, a traffic control plan, e.m.s. Standing by and this is all intended to make for a safe race. And they include the [inaudible] that the judge mentioned. >> so we normally put up large signs I guess shortly before --
>> all over.
>> the date. Okay.
>> when we close a road, do we close the whole road or do we leave a lane open or is it just -- do we close the whole thing?
>> I think in terms of these particular ones, that's a full closure.
>> the sheriff deputies probably can provide local access to those people living right on the road. But generally the whole road is closed.
>> the reason I say I never -- I remember congress one day, it was an hour and a 15 minutes before I could get across congress.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move that the public hearing be closed.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And this will be action item no. 5.
