Let's call to order the Travis County health facilities development corporation. We have been asked by a senior representative to postpone this item one week, maybe two, mr. Burger? We did get a memo from -- from cliff or lad or both of them, one memo came from cliff, and -- mr. Burger said there may be a reason to -- to meet with the members of the board later this week, will decide on Thursday or Friday whether we need the item, I will post the item anyway, that way if we need it on the 28th, we have it on the agenda, if we don't need it we will just pass it on to the -- to February 4th unless we know for certain that we need it later.
>> okay?
>> thank you for coming down. Therefore we don't need the Travis County health facilities development corporation, unless there is questions.
>> but you did call it to order.
>> did i?
>> uh-huh.
>> move we adjourn.
>> second.
>> do we need to discuss anything today? Motion to adjourn and second are appropriate. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Simply a note, we are scheduled to have a strategic planning retreat this Friday,.
>> I'm so excited.
>> starting at 9:00.
>> as long as we need to, probably all day. And the address is 201 west fifth street, Austin, Texas 78701, that's downtown.
>> > have we checked in with cecila burke down there about the possibility of them setting aside five parking spaces or however many parking spaces we need in their lots so that that will not be an issue related to feeding of meters.
>> estella was going to check with cecila about that point.
>> all right.
>> thank you.
