>> right. I have the prior year's names of the grand jury members cut on individual slips of paper. You need to have nine working members. And the way we've done this this the past is I believe the court picks more like 15 and then we work on it from there. So not only am I going to ask you to draw more names today, but we're going to keep track of the order in which you've pulled them and then what i'd like to do is return next week and tell you after contacting these people which people were willing to serve, including perhaps a couple of alternates for you.
