Number 36 is to discuss relationship with key contractor personing person, discuss and approve order waiving the requirements of discretionary contracts purr pursuant to section 32.004 of the Travis County ethics policy for the purpose of approving contracts during fiscal year '03 between Travis County and Austin Travis County mental health.
