And 8 is to approve a construction agreement and approval of a plat for recording in precinct 2, star ranch section 1, long form plat 99 lots, 29.6218 acres, gattis school road, fiscal posted with traik, Williamson county water, sewer, irrigation and drainage district number 3 wastewater, hutto etj.

>> yes. This is our standard construction agreement, and it's ready to go.
>> all right. This is a routine subdivision construction agreement.
