Item 5

Number 5 is to review and consider amendments to the campo joint filed agreement and take appropriate action. If someone would lay this out for us and let us know what it is. Williamson county has taken a wait and see posture and what about the city of Austin, capital metro, what are they doing?
>> capital metro approved it as far as we know, and the state of Texas approved it as well. The city of Austin, I think it's on their agenda this week. And hays county I think it's on their agenda as well this week. Why Williamson county postponed, we have no knowledge.
>> what's the issue?
>> there is no issue other than with the redistricting --
>> what are we asked to do?
>> to add the seven state representative due to ret districting and just amend the joint powers agreement to equal what is going to happen anyway.
>> redistricting created another state representative basically, so we've always added on the elected officials. This is just to add that one person?
>> exactly.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. With commissioner Sonleitner voting in favor, commissioner Davis -- show commissioner Davis -- show him absent temporarily from the dias. And so that will be the other four of us voting in favor of it.
