3. Discuss order temporarily closing immanuel road between hymill drive and crystal bend drive, and closing crystal bend drive between immanuel road and hymill drive in precinct one from January 15, 2003 until completion of construction of the realignment of the intersection of immanuel road and crystal bend drive. I'm advised that the construction will take about two weeks.
>> yes, sir.
>> move that the public hearing be opened.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> carol joseph, t.n.r. The road and bridge crew is realigning the immanuel xiv road between crystal bend and hymill. We are asking that the road be closed during that time so that they can realign immanue 1 l road. We received a couple of questions about where are we detouring the -- the people as they go through to avoid immanuel 1 rs drive. The other question was how would they get to their place of businesses of the as a result the initial detour took them through part of the subdivision. Our engineers restudied that and changed the detour, take them out directly to dessau and on around so they don't go through the subdivision within crystal bend. Those were the only two questions we had that our engineer received. So far no other complaints.
>> okay. Would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? If so, please come forward.
>> move that the public hearing be closed.
>> second?
>> anybody? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
